Ac vintage collared zipper sweatshirt uses 32-count top layer and 40-count bottom layer of 3-strand composite fleece structure, with a weight of g/㎡. The 32-count yarn on the top layer is fine and smooth, giving the surface a smooth touch and excellent anti-pilling properties; the 40-count 3-ply yarn on the bottom layer is treated with a raising process to form a rich and soft fluff layer, providing excellent warmth and skin-friendly wrapping. With 21 2×2 ribs, the g/㎡ weight ensures that the collar, cuffs and hem have excellent tensile fatigue resistance and shape retention capabilities. During piece dyeing, the entire fabric is immersed in the dye vat after weaving, and the dye molecules fully penetrate into the fibers, ensuring full, deep colors and excellent color fastness. Each batch of dyeing produces subtle differences, making the color tone of the single product unique. On this basis, the paint is sprayed irregularly on the surface of the garment through manual spray painting to create a splash-like retro effect. The distressed processing of holes causes the color to fade and mottle in parts. The ribbed trim is also treated to form slight whitening and fluffing, which visually echoes the spray-painted effect on the body, making the new clothes appear as if they have been worn for a long time and exposed to the sun. The front logo stamp uses a slurry printing process. The printing slurry contains a special microcapsule foaming agent. After being baked at high temperature, the slurry layer expands to form three-dimensional bulges, and the surface presents a granular texture similar to inkjet paint. This process simulates the effect of random drops of pigment after being atomized during spray gun spraying. The edges of the pattern present a natural feathering transition, rather than the rigid boundaries of glue printing. The printing surface has a fine graininess and soft elasticity to the touch, forming a closed loop of the process with the distressed effect of the spray painting on the body. size:xs s m l
